With over 25 years’ experience this company are at the forefront of Construction Management in the UK. Using the Construction Management process, our projects are consistently delivered to clients on time and within budget. This is attributed to not only to the flexibility of the CM process, but to the quality, commitment and experience of their staff.
They have vast experience in the commercial, residential, leisure, banking, and retail sectors, often within fully operational environments. They also have major experience in listed buildings and specialise in refurbishment and restoration, as well as new build projects.
They are also hugely proactive in the design and application of bespoke technology to enhance the successful management of their projects. All their clients have the opportunity to utilise the applications and they believe their introduction has had a major impact on the success of their recent projects. Their systems assist the teams to control all aspects of construction management including cost control, risk management, change control, quality & programme management and health & safety.
An experienced Project Manager is required, by this growing national Management Contractor, to work on a prestigious mixed use development in Sheffield. The project is comprised of a hotel, residential apartments and office space and has a value of £25m.
The Project Manager will be the No 1 on site and will control all construction and commercial activities in connection with the project. There will also be a strong element of client liaison with this role.
This contractor has a very healthy order book ensuring continuity and variation of future projects for the successful candidate.
